Where We Ship
We currently ship to United States, Canada, If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’re always adding new locations!
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM Central time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number (sent via email as soon as the label is created).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or VAT that may be charged by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’ll always try to help you file a claim.
Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unclaimed at customs, we will refund the order minus original shipping costs. Reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, the entire order will ship together once everything is in stock (unless you request partial shipment).
Holidays & Carrier Delays
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or extreme weather, deliveries may take longer than usual. We’ll keep you updated!
