About the position

Are you an experienced body man or pretty handy around the shop and looking for a full-time, year-round opportunity with the ability to learn and grow? Gibbons Fiberglass is seeking a a skilled and motivated technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help around the shop
  • prep and clean up work areas
  • sanding, buffing, waxing
  • grab tools supplies etc…   <TRAIN TO>
  • Perform repairs and refinishing on fiberglass and gelcoat surfaces
  • Work on a variety of boats/watercrafts, ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in fiberglass and gelcoat repair (Auto Body Experience)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Desire to learn new things
