Are you organized, detail-focused, and skilled at keeping operations running smoothly? A fast-paced watercraft repair company is seeking a dependable and proactive Secretary to support day-to-day administrative functions and help the team stay efficient and on track.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values clear communication, and enjoys being a key player behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and service bookings for technicians and management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Prepare work orders, invoices, and basic documentation for repair services
  • Maintain and organize customer records, job logs, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with parts suppliers, vendors, and clients as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports and updating internal tracking systems
  • Help with office upkeep and administrative support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
  • Familiarity with office software (Quickbooks, Thunderbird email) and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment
  • Experience in a service-based or repair-related business is a plus
